Internship Coordinator
AIFS, one of the the world’s leading providers of cultural exchange programs, is seeking an Internship Coordinator for its inbound internship dept. This is a diverse and rewarding role will be based in AIFS’ Sydney office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leads conversion
- Sourcing new host companies
- Client relationship management
- Program administration/data entry
- Liaising with applicants and overseas agents
- Data entry
- Coordinating arrivals
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in a sales or target driven position, have excellent communication skills and extensive customer service experience. Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience and will be negotiated with the successful candidate. This position is open to permanent Australian residents.

Part-time interviewer roles for Camp America and Au Pair in America programs.
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, travel savvy Aussies for part-time Camp America and Au Pair in America interviewer roles throughout Australia. Applicants to our programs are required to undertake a personal interview to discuss their participation, program requirements, for you to assess their skills, make recommendations, respond to questions etc.
Interviewers are trained and are provided with assistance, back-up, support and encouragement. You may have previously participated on a cultural exchange program or have been an independent traveller.
We are looking for people who are:
- Self starters, creative, have good organisational skills and are detail minded
- Mature, motivated and prepared to represent our programs in a responsible manner
- Confident, prepared to assist with local marketing and promotion and comfortable with public speaking
- Persuasive and committed to the concept of cultural exchange
